BEIJING, Dec. 20 (Xinhua) — Chinas State Council Information Office will release a white paper on the countrys energy development on Monday afternoon.
The white paper, titled Energy in Chinas New Era, will be released at 3 p.m. Monday and a press conference will be held by the office.
